Sea View Hotel is less than a 5 minute walking to the beach and about 200m to the City Theatre. It is a 10 minute drive to Nha Trang airport and within a 20 minute drive to such sites as the Cham tower, Bao Dai villa and Diving centers.
 
Accomodation
First Class
special rooms are spacious with a huge balcony with a sea view. There are 2 bathrooms with bathtub, a living room and a bed room separated by a partition.

Second Class
twin rooms, have a balcony, 7 rooms with sea view only.

Third Class
twin rooms, have a window and city view.

Fourth Class
single rooms with a bed and a bathroom with shower. None have balcony or window.

• All rates are in USD, including 10% VAT &  5% service charges.
• No extra charge for child under 12 sharing bed with parents. (without extra bed).
• Extra bed adds US$ 4/night/person.
• Check out at 12:00 noon. Late check out from 12:00 - 4:00 pm is charged 50% of the regular room rate.
• Reserved room will be held until 18:00 on the arrival date, unless guarantee by credit card or special arrangement are made.
• Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, Traveler's Cheques and Cash.
